I really enjoy hiking. It's spiritual to me. a time for reflection and quite. I also enjoy white water rafting, yoga, anything that has to do with the arts. Music is my heart and soul. I have hiked Old Settlers Trail on the A.T. and have done other small hikes around the A.T. in Tennessee and North Carolina. Max's Patch is a great place to camp for a night and see metor showers. Gotta love th A.T. So wonderful. Can't wait till i hike all of it! It's a goal of mine! One day! Namaste everyone!
